Someone sends you a 3D model, you open it, and it's all grey. Usually nothing is wrong with the model: a texture image just didn't come along with the file. Drop the whole folder or the zip on me instead. I find the pieces that belong together, and if one really is missing, I tell you its name, so you know exactly what to ask for.
